 ZRM Emergency Management is a boutique disaster recovery consulting and staffing firm. We help public and private entities respond to and recover from disasters by expertly managing the government financial aid process, quickly deploying staff for emergency response efforts, and holistically driving the delivery and management of your response and recovery programs.  

Our team consists of seasoned emergency managers and subject-matter experts who have spent over twenty years advising large state and local recovery programs that utilized various funding channels during Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Sandy, Hurricane Harvey, the COVID-19 Pandemic, and many other disasters.
