Our Consolidated Plan services are led by HUD-authorized IDIS trainers, placing ZRM among a select group of firms with certified instructional authority on this platform. With over 60 years of combined experience in HUD Office of Community Planning and Development (CPD) programs and online systems, our experts have conducted hundreds of live workshops across the U.S. and delivered training and technical assistance for thousands of grantees and participating jurisdictions.
